Long, Long, Long ~ The Beatles

Funny how time lets the little gems shine ever so brightly — I used to play this song for folks and they skipped it or put it down — to me it’s one of George’s little bits of genius, part this little that, a three way mix between jazz waltz, folk song, and late sixties psychedelia and all George!  I hear him more and more in this one and now it’s an old friend of a tune.  Hope you enjoy it today as the Sunday Spiritual Song Moments selection from The Flimwell Papers’ Music Corner.  Peace, love and happy trails y’all!
