fatchance:

Hens-and-chicks (Sempervivum sp., probably S. globiferum) and creeping jenny (Lysimachia nummularia), wet with dew. In Portsmouth, Virginia. The pot tipped over and cracked sometime during the winter, and this little vignette was the accidental result.

Etymology note: Creeping jenny is also known as moneywort, for the resemblance of the leaves to coins. The specific name nummularia is Latin for “money changer.”
