In the finals of the “Wiener Nationals” Dachshund race, sponsored by Wienerschnitzel, six year-old Pringle, aka “She’s Motoring,” in the center, from San Diego who belongs to Bruce and Katy Rice, got a loud start out of the gate but couldn’t pull off a win.
